Psychotherapy
I work with people who want to blossom into their fullest, realest selves. I love helping individuals who work in the publishing, art, fashion and sustainability fields, and who are writers, actors, musicians and artists or therapists themselves. While every person’s goals are unique, many of my clients struggle with certain themes as they pursue a more satisfying, fulfilling life, and I specialize in treating these areas.

Friendships
Friendships are a key component to our holistic health, but as we grow and evolve into our adult selves, growing pains and challenges can pop up with friends both old and new. Many of my clients share that through our work together in therapy, their friendships have grown in authenticity, connection and depth.
Relationships
Romantic relationships can be tough when you’re navigating so much else in your life — career, friendships, wellness, family, etc. When our anxiety raises, it’s hard to be our best self. This is why negative patterns easily continue in dating and marriage. I help clients navigate their romantic relationships with more confidence and ease.
Self-Care
Self-care is often talked about in general terms, but much of the work I do with clients is specifically identifying what this means for them personally — and what the obstacles are to practicing it. These conversations might be about your relationship to food, your body or exercise — but focus on your holistic relationship to yourself and how you consistently take good care of yourself.
Self-Esteem
Self-esteem and self-confidence can be difficult to achieve with so many competing messages from our society about what makes a woman “worthy”. A huge component of my work with clients is guiding them into their truest selves. This involves learning how to confidently express needs and exercise healthy boundaries. Through our work together, my clients gain a stronger sense of self.
